Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At New Reflections Therapy, we value your time and the time of our clinicians. To ensure availability for all clients, the following policies apply:

1. Appointment Deposit

• A deposit of $75 or $110 (depending on the service) is required to schedule an appointment.
• A valid credit card must be on file to secure your session.

2. Early Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed entirely (no-show) will be charged the full session rate.

4. Exceptions

• We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at the clinician’s discretion for unforeseen circumstances.
